ROP (Rodman Operating Process) is the process through which Rodman frames are designed, tested and produced.
We know what to get from the bicycle for which we are designing its frame; we make use of 3D CAD software and simulators to test shapes and buiding process, we choose materials with the appropriate mechanical features. |

Before being put on the market, all Rodman frames are tested both in laboratory and on the road by our lab in Neusäss (Germany). |

The latest frontier of composite materials are carbon nanotubes which, up to the best knowlegde, are the strongest carbon structure existing. Ultra-resistent, they go over the steel standards. For the Rodman frames, 9 types of carbon fiber are used: positioned with expertise and precision, they give each of our frame specific features for road cycling. That’s how we get frames shaped either for performance or for comfort or even for weight. Each Rodman frame, made with this methodology is a thorough and balanced product. |
